Returns Policy

We handle every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis.  Most items purchased through our online store can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  If you are not satisfied, please send the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining your return. Please email us at for the address to send your return/exchange to.

We can’t guarantee returns/exchanges for limited edition merchandise. Replacement of limited edition merchandise damaged in the mail is subject to confirmation by the shipper. Please be sure to keep the original packaging and send us a photo of the damage.

Sender is responsible for return postage.  We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.  Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
